What you will do:

This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career. If you are fluent in English, have great analytical skills and like challenges, feel free to apply, and we will teach you the rest! 

As an intern you will be part of our Regional Supply Planning (RSP) team, supporting plants, spot tasks and the interaction between our front office and plants, while taking part in preparing analytics for the team.

 

Your tasks will be the following: 

  • Run weekly/monthly sanity checks to align material master discrepancies in SAP and Kinaxis
  • Support with daily/weekly/monthly update of templates for RSP tasks
  • Prepare weekly templates: allocations e.g. actual production follow up of adapted products in allocation
  • Prepare monthly templates: coordination meetings, DRP
  • Support RSP with additional spot tasks and/or projects e.g. availability checks for project, promotion, sales push, rebalances
  • Work with planning tools: Kinaxis, SAP, Tableau and Internal Schneider tools

What we need from you: 

  • Ongoing university studies in a university in Hungary in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Economics, or any related field 
  • Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as your team and the suppliers are internationals! 
  • We are happy to see if you have excellent skills in Excel (especially in power-query)
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to an international team and to work under pressure
  • You have a practical-mathematical mindset and problem-solving approach
