Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage P&L, formulate & implement sales strategies for data center solution team
  • Achieve sales growth by developing positive relationships with clients, gaining a detailed understanding on their requirements, challenges, and strategic direction
  • Detect and manage project opportunities, being accountable for the negotiation and closing of the deals to profitably grow
  • Manage customer responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction. Keep regular contacts with customer to ensure satisfaction before and after execution
  • Conduct the market analysis to obtain business insight, and initiate the strategy & business plans to drive business growth
  • Grow ecosystem (Specifier, Partners, Contractor to End Users) to increase hit and penetration rate 

Qualifications - External

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. MBA is an added advantage
  • 5 years of working experience in data center and mission critical industry 
  • Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in data center solution including UPS, CRAC, Racks & PDU and DC software
  • Agile, result-oriented, and organized
  • Sales team management
  • Good team player to work with different cross functions entities
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese
