Location & commitments:

  • Hybrid work model, (2 days per week in the Warsaw office)

Your IMPACT:

In this role, you will enable teams to deliver business value through effective Agile practices, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. You will help remove obstacles, coach teams toward self-management, and ensure processes run smoothly to achieve high-quality outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Scrum and Kanban teams’ effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
  • Helping the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet a transparent Definition of Done.
  • Removing impediments to the team’s progress.
  • Ensuring all Scrum events are positive, productive, and timeboxed.
  • Supporting effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  • Building empirical product planning in a complex environment.
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as needed.
  • Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Scrum adoption.
  • Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization.
  • Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work.
  • Introduce Agile techniques (e.g., XP, Kanban) and remove barriers between teams and stakeholders.

Experience and certifications:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach working in Scrum; ideally PSM II+ certified.
  • Experience with Kanban; certification in one of: KSD / KMP / TKP.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile delivery programs (e.g., SAFe, DSDM AgilePM, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, Nexus).
  • English- min. B2

Additional skills (nice-to-have):

  • Effective facilitation skills, servant leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work in a feedback-driven culture.
