Job Description

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Your Mission

 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the SE Advantage Program, with a focus on the quotations run‑state user experience and stakeholder relationships.

 

In this role, you will contribute to business transformation and continuous process improvement through cross‑program collaboration and clear, consistent communication. As the subject matter expert for SE Advantage, you will lead or support discovery workshops, refine customer requirements, manage stakeholder communication, participate in functionality testing, and deliver user training when needed. Your work will help ensure seamless adoption and measurable value for users and customers.
You will collaborate closely with program teams and internal partners to translate business needs into practical digital solutions. You will also play a role in change management initiatives and contribute to improvements in team processes and ways of working.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for shaping and delivering the business user experience for Schneider Electric’s North American Market (NAM) Quotations Tool.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Work in a cross‑functional environment with business groups, IT, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements.
  • Take a leadership role in Scrum/SAFe/Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with PMI and CPP standards and with the SE Advantage digital delivery model.
  • Partner with team members to assess business impacts and validate digital solutions in line with NAM and global strategies, standards, and policies.
  • Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business teams, digital teams, and end users where applicable.
  • Identifie key user process and business transformations required to support adoption.
  • Champion transformation by driving user engagement, addressing issues, and surfacing concerns from the business community.
  • Contribute to communication and change management planning to support successful deployment.
  • Identifie business value and links it to associated solution deployments.
  • Prepare and presents progress updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Partner with Change Management and business stakeholders to define strategies that support and promote transformation.
  • Commercial experience with strong exposure to Sales, Quotations, Pricing, and customer‑facing project execution.
  • Experience managing large and complex projects, including cross‑business activities and work with third‑party suppliers or contractors.
  • Ability to analyze and design business processes with a forward‑looking, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Industry and product knowledge across relevant Schneider Electric domains; strong command of PMI terminology and CPP standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to provide clear guidance and clarifications to teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and solid organization to translate business value into effective user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrates independent thinking and takes ownership of assigned work.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintains a strong sense of urgency and supports delivery velocity to meet team and individual goals.
  • Collaborates effectively across functional teams, resolving impediments and providing timely clarifications.
  • Experience with Secure Power, Digital Buildings, ASCO, or Digital Power is an asset.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar digital systems is considered a plus.
