This isn’t just another marketing job. You’ll be the voice of our products, crafting messaging and positioning that resonate with customers worldwide. • Drive impact: Build and execute integrated marketing programs—digital, physical, and paid media—that generate demand and deliver measurable business results.
  • Market & competitive analysis: Analyze energy and digital power trends, competition, thought leadership and more, and translate research into customer-centric content
  • Collaborate globally: Partner with product managers, sales teams, and regional marketers to align strategies with business priorities and KPIs.
  • Program leadership: Orchestrate complex global launches, including training, demand generation, channel readiness, and performance measurement.
  • Customer & partner engagement: Develop use cases, case studies, white papers and proof-of-value programs with customers and partners.
  • Digital Power Solution Advocacy: Serve as a trusted solutions ambassador, connecting customer needs with advanced digital power capabilities
  • Measure success: Establish benchmarks, track performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

What Makes You Successful

  • Strategic storyteller: You know how to turn technical features into customer value propositions that win hearts and minds.
  • Technical leadership: Be the go-to expert, driven by deep knowledge and passion for your product area.
  • Collaborative problem-solving: Skilled at influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across global teams.
  • Program strategist: Strong program management skills to keep complex initiatives on track.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $139,200 - $208,800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
