The Role: Service Order Management Administrator

This position is for future opportunities with Schneider. We are actively recruiting and interviewing for future positions in Field Services to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

  • To accurately enter contractual or individual job requirements into our systems ensuring the correct end to end process is followed via SAP and BFS (Salesforce)
  • Process invoices in a timely, accurate manner, adding detailed customer references/notes – meeting month end deadlines.
  • Process purchase orders onto SAP and BFS
  • The Ideal candidate must have strong computer skills in the Microsoft packages, word, excel and teams and communicate in a clear and concise manner, Fluent English is mandatory
  • Strong time management and self-organizational skills
  • Handles multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Can work both independently and part of a team

Who would be successful?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer
  • At least 1 year of experience in Order Management is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, under pressure and minimum supervision
  • Able to multi-task effectively, organized, with good prioritization system
  • Good attention to details, high commitment to quality output
  • Familiar with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
