The Role:

What will you do?

  • Support the development and execution of Services business Growth Strategies
  • Identify both active and inactive install base customers across UPS, MV, switchgear, transformer, and ACB domains using available internal tools and databases
  • Analyse market and internal data to identify target customers, understand their requirements, and propose suitable bundle offers
  • Drive lead generation program by consolidating insights, aligning with all stakeholders, and preparing targeted customer lists
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Tendering, and Revenue Development teams to support lead qualification, proposal preparation, and quotation workflows

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master's in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to tailor pitches to individual customers
  • Maintain a positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection
