Mission 

Il ruolo si occupa di gestione tecnica e gestionale nei Progetti Service nel campo Industrial Automation, principalmente inerenti a Modernizzazioni e Soluzioni di Gestione e Monitoraggio in ottica Industry 4.0. 

il ruolo ha l'obiettivo di rilevare e far risalire tutte le opportunità del cliente. 

Principali attività previste dal ruolo 

• Gestione Partner (System Integrator e Quadrista) per la realizzazione dei progetti Modernizzazioni e Soluzioni di Gestione e Monitoraggio in ottica Industry 4.0
• Supportare il System Integrator nella prima visita di raccolta specifiche
• Capire le esigenze del Cliente, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze del Cliente stesso
• Gestione del materiale opzionale, fuori dallo standard, su richieste del Cliente
• Analisi dei rischi dell’opportunità
• Definizione di un Gantt di Progetto e suo monitoraggio al fine garantire la soluzione al Cliente
• Monitoraggio dei costi del progetto
• Documentazione richiesta per il progetto richiesto
• Validazione del verbale di Messa in Servizio

Skills e competenze 

• Conoscere I Prodotti e le Architetture dell’offerta Schneider Electric, le caratteristiche, i benefici e i vantaggi rispetto la concorrenza.
• Conoscere il processo della gestione di progetti, Execution, Gestione Contratti, obiettivi di Business
• Avere capacità e conoscenza del Customer Process
• Capacità di identificare e analizzare i problemi e i rischi e le relative cause.
• Capacità di comunicare efficacemente, ascoltando i Clienti e i colleghi e scambiando informazioni
