Mission
Provide end-to-end recruiting consultation to Hiring Managers in a business or regional area. Perform 
candidate searches, pipelining, market insights, internal and external advertising, interview and 
selection, offer negotiation. Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end hiring practices. 


What will you do?

  • Lead Talent Attraction for NEAL countries (Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan), ensuring alignment with regional business priorities and global people strategy.
  • Manage and develop a team of Talent Attraction Partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment programs to build pipelines for critical roles and future skill needs.
  • Partner with Business Leaders and HR to define and execute strategic workforce plans that support growth and transformation.
  • Participate in business reviews, presenting talent insights, market trends, and recommendations to influence strategic decisions.
  • Monitor market and competitor dynamics, providing actionable intelligence to anticipate talent challenges and opportunities.
  • Champion Employer Branding initiatives:
  • Develop and execute regional employer branding strategies to position Schneider Electric as an employer of choice in NEAL.
  • Leverage social media, digital campaigns, and partnerships with universities and industry networks to enhance brand visibility.
  • Represent Schneider Electric at career fairs, conferences, and external forums as a brand ambassador.
  • Collaborate with global EB teams to localize campaigns and ensure cultural relevance.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reinforcing Schneider Electric’s EVP.
  • Use data analytics and talent intelligence to optimize sourcing strategies and influence hiring decisions.
  • Manage early career programs, including campus hiring and internship initiatives, to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Leverage TA tools, systems, and processes to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.
  • Align all talent attraction activities with strategic hiring priorities and long-term workforce planning.

 

 

 

Qualifications:


• 10+years of experience in talent acquisition in Multinational organization.
• Clear understanding of the talent acquisition process from end to end 
• An understanding of the wider HR context
• Excellent communication, consulting and networking skills
• Ability to analyze and present data and other sources in a convincing way
• Ability to promote the Schneider Electric brand and motivate stakeholders 
• Highly organized
• Fluent English speaker
