What You’ll Do
- Lead Projects: Be at the heart of initiatives that improve material use, promote eco-friendly practices, and secure supply chain stability.
- Plan & Coordinate: Manage timelines, organize resources, and bring teams together to make things happen.
- Communicate & Connect: Keep everyone in the loop—from plant teams to management—with clear updates and insights.
- Support Production: Share key info with technical and production teams to ensure smooth product changes and trials.
- Innovate & Experiment: Get hands-on with new product trials and test runs—your ideas can shape the future!
- Analyze & Report: Collect data, prepare reports, and keep documentation sharp and accurate.
- Collaborate Globally: Work with international teams and R&D to align on goals and solve challenges.
- Engage Suppliers: Coordinate deliveries, documentation, and continuous improvement with our partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or Supply Chain.
- Experience: A first experience in a manufacturing environment (internship or apprenticeship).
- Languages: Fluent English—you’ll use it every day.
Your Superpowers
- Detail-Oriented: You can handle lots of information and keep it organized.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-Starter: You take ownership, plan your work, and deliver on time.
- Communicator: English is your go-to language for daily interactions.
