Job Description

 

As a Services Data Quality Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, reliable data across our Services Domains—Installed Base, Service Contracts, and Service Execution. Your mission is to provide actionable insights, monitor data quality, and drive ownership for data cleaning and improvement.

This role is essential for enabling efficient business processes and supporting strategic decisions through trusted data.

 

You will work closely with the Services Data Steward and domain stakeholders to implement data quality standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality Governance

  • Deploy and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards for Services Domains.
  • Ensure compliance with global data standards, rules, and the 4 Data Golden Rules.
  • Act as a guardian for data quality processes within Services, aligning with global governance.

Insights & Monitoring

  • Provide clear, actionable insights to monitor data quality performance.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of data quality issues using profiling and analytics.

Ownership & Improvement

  • Drive accountability within Services Domains for data cleaning and improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and preventive measures to remediate data quality issues.
  • Support domain teams in implementing best practices for data quality management.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with the Services Data Steward to ensure alignment on governance and improvement plans.
  • Train and support stakeholders on data quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Consolidate and report data quality performance at entity and domain levels.

 

Education: Master’s degree in Data Management, Business, IT, or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in data quality, data governance, or analytics (internships or apprenticeshi welcome).
Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of data management principles and tools.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Languages: Fluent in English.

Mindset: Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
