Job Description

Join our dynamic warehouse team and be part of an exciting, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and organizational skills will make a real difference in our distribution operations!

 

 

Shift: 2nd shift: 3-11:30p

 

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Waterspider ensures continuous material flow to production lines by replenishing supplies and supporting operational efficiency. This role requires proficiency in digital tools and SAP for inventory and material tracking.

 

 

What will you do:

  • Replenish production lines with required materials to maintain consistent stock throughout the shift.
  • Operate tugger and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Utilize scanner and laptop to track inventory, confirm material movements, etc
  • Participate in general housekeeping (5S) activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on equipment as required.
  • Cross-train and rotate through various stations within the department to provide operational support.
  • Conduct on-the-job training (OTJ) for new or transferred employees.
  • Report material shortages, equipment issues, and discrepancies promptly to appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with other shifts and support teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend meetings as needed to communicate material flow and production status.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What will make you successful:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to operate tugger and other material handling equipment (valid Driver’s License required).
  • Proficiency in using computer and scanner
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as tablets and computers for data entry and communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license (to operate tugger)
