1st shift: 7:00a-3:30p

Location: Plant 1 - 1990 Sandifer Blvd, Seneca, SC 29678

Number of postions: 1

 

What will you do?

  • GENERAL SUMMARY: Monitors warehouse inventory and performs cycle counting duties to ensure all materials are properly verified and reflective of reported inventory. Additionally, provides support to the Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service teams in efficiently locating materials as needed.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Cycle count materials throughout Warehouse
    • Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports
    • Assist in determining root causes of inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors
    • Assist with locating and pulling materials
    • Participate in general housekeeping (5S) duties within work area
    • Engage in cross-training and rotate through various stations within the department as required to offer enhanced support
    • Conduct on-the-job training for newly hired and/or transferred employees

What qualifications will make you successful? 

  • JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Abilities:

    • General knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred, but not required)
    • Skilled in using personal computers and possessing basic math abilities
    • Must hold a valid driver’s license and able to obtain forklift certification upon hire if not certified prior

Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

    • Previous Warehouse experience a plus
    • Computer skills including using Excel
    • Data entry experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to safely lift up to 22 lbs. regularly throughout shift. Overhead lifting and standing for periods of time throughout shift are essential to successfully performing job duties.
