About the Role:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage day-to-day operations in our factory warehouse (Location: Gyöngyös, Hungary). This role is critical in ensuring smooth warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and operational standards. You will act as a first-line leader, implementing Schneider management systems (SPS/WMS) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations across all areas (receiving, storage, picking, material handling, shipping, and waste management).
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance, driving process optimization and improvement projects.
  • Ensure accurate time definitions, safe and ergonomic working conditions, and efficient material handling.
  • Assess investment feasibility and profitability for warehouse needs.
  • Maintain and continuously improve standard warehouse processes, ensuring staff compliance.
  • Track and reduce logistics costs through analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects to set up, expand, and enhance warehouse capacity.

 What We Expect:

  • Education: Master's degree in logistics or engineering
  • Experience: minimum 3 years in warehouse related projects or process optimization
  • Language: English – Upper-Intermediate (C1).
  • Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • SAP knowledge
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
