Voor het Projects & Planning team zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider Cooling. Na een gedegen introductie, ziet jouw rol er als volgt uit:

Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkvoorbereider Cooling ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding van onze field service-projecten binnen de koeltechniek. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze Field Service Engineers van de teams Secure Power en Cooling optimaal voorbereid aan hun werkzaamheden kunnen beginnen. Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, projectleiders, servicecoördinatoren en het salesteam. Daarnaast bezoek je projectlocaties voor technische opnames en fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen engineering en uitvoering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Valideren van orders op basis van offertes en interne aanvragen; bepalen van benodigde materialen, gereedschappen en meetapparatuur.
• Opstellen van werkpakketten, werkinstructies en veiligheids- en kwaliteitsplannen (RAMS).
• In overleg met onze projectmanagers en engineers het plannen van de uitvoering en verwerken van instructies in digitale werkorders.
• Bepalen van de juiste skills en capaciteit van engineers en deze matchen aan de opdracht.
• Uitvoeren van pre-sales opnames samen met Service Sales voor het verzamelen van data (installed base, veiligheid, randvoorwaarden).
• Werkvoorbereiding op locatie indien vereist door klant of project.
• Tijdig bestellen van materialen en aanvragen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
• Financieel-administratieve taken zoals rapportagecontrole, urenverantwoording en facturatiecontrole.
  
  

Wat breng jij mee?

• Een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO-opleiding in koeltechniek, installatietechniek of elektrotechniek.
• Ervaring met koelinstallaties (HVAC, industriële koeling of klimaattechniek).
• Ervaring binnen laagspanningsinstallaties is een pré.
• In het bezit van VCA-VOL of bereid dit te behalen.
• Communicatief sterk, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
• Vaardig met MS Office (Word, Excel); kennis van Salesforce, SAP, AutoCAD of MS Project is een pré.
• In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
  
  

Rapportagelijn:
Je rapporteert aan de Services Manager en werkt nauw samen met Teamlead PS Engineers, engineering, logistiek en uitvoeringsteams.
