Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will drive analytical innovation from the ground up. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and optimizing N-glycan analysis workflows using techniques like HILIC-FLD, LC-MS, and CE-LIF, with a focus on sialic acid, NGNA, and α-Gal characterization.
• Leading advanced structural elucidation of N-glycans via LC-MS/MS, exoglycosidase sequencing, linkage analysis, and monosaccharide analysis.
• Conducting intact and subunit mass spectrometry, alongside glycopeptide mapping, to assess glycan occupancy, site-specific heterogeneity, and protein backbone impacts.
• Integrating glycan structural data with functional outcomes, such as Fc receptor binding, Fc silencing, CH2 stability, aggregation, and immunogenicity risk.
• Supporting glycosylation pCQA/CQA assessments, comparability studies, and providing structure-function justifications across programs.
• Authoring technical reports, characterization summaries, method documentation, and regulatory submission content.
• Continuously evaluating and implementing emerging innovations in glycomics, glycoproteomics, and computational modeling.

Qualifications & Requirements
