Role Overview

The Scientist, Inflammation position in Gilead's Inflammation Biology group in Foster City, California, offers a pivotal role in discovering and developing novel therapeutics for type 2 inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Key Responsibilities

Proactively evaluate new technologies, develop novel assays, and generate scientific hypotheses to deepen understanding of disease pathogenesis in inflammatory conditions.

Day-to-day, you'll employ proficient skills in immune cell culture, multi-color flow cytometry, and quantification of proteins or RNA in immune cells and tissues, using tools like GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to deliver actionable insights.
