Focus on SMR preparation involves three critical activities: securing data readiness (calendars, production rates, forecasts), performing cycle-over-cycle analysis using Blue-Yonder templates, and leading handover meetings with visuals, scenarios, and decision points. Prepare for O9 system rollout by maintaining robust data inputs and processes.
