Role Overview

The SEC Specialist II role at CrowdStrike in Pune, India, is a pivotal position within our global finance team. This full-time opportunity focuses on supporting the timely preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings in line with US GAAP and SEC requirements, alongside corporate sustainability reporting and compliance. Key areas include Forms 10-Q and 10-K preparation, as well as accounting-related ESG data management—from collection and analysis to regulatory reporting. With a shift timing of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST and work-from-home flexibility in Kharadi, Pune, this role suits professionals passionate about financial accuracy in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive critical financial and sustainability reporting processes:

• Prepare supporting documentation, tie-outs, and filings for Forms 10-Q quarterly reports and Form 10-K annual reports, including financial statements, footnotes, and Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A).
• Assist in reporting projects such as quarterly earnings press releases and proxy statements.
• Lead the collection, validation, and reconciliation of accounting-related ESG data for annual and interim sustainability reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and non-financial data.
• Support ESG assurance projects by providing documentation and explanations to internal and external auditors.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as an SEC Specialist II at CrowdStrike, you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, Workiva, and Watershed is preferred.
• Previous experience in public accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to articulate complex financial and ESG concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving setting with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainability performance reporting and ESG-financial assurance is a plus.
