  • Assessing customers' Falcon environments to ensure full alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
  • Delivering tailored recommendations to enhance security postures and mitigate risks.
  • Creating remediation strategies for CrowdStrike product components that boost overall protection.
  • Directly engaging customers upon detecting misalignments, providing expert guidance.
  • Documenting, updating, and resolving all customer issues in line with established procedures and SLAs.
  • Developing and sharing service reports and statistics as requested by customers.
  • Partnering with internal teams, including support, to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
  • Liaising across teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Security Advisor II, you'll bring a strong foundation in cybersecurity and customer service. Essential qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or relevant experience.
  • Customer empathy with proven ability to guide clients to optimal outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience or deep knowledge in threat detection and incident response.
