Role Overview

The Security Architect (Remote) role within CrowdStrike's Security Architecture and Engineering team is pivotal in fortifying our enterprise information systems. Reporting to the Information Security department, you'll design and configure systems aligned with top-tier security standards. This cross-functional position involves threat modeling, architecture reviews, risk minimization, and guiding cybersecurity initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, documentation, and testing of advanced security systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Exceptional candidates bring extensive hands-on experience in core areas like threat modeling, security architecture design, and cloud security in AWS and GCP environments. Proficiency in assessing, designing, and securing AI systems and workflows is essential, as is expertise in network security, API security, orchestration, automation scripting, and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CIS. Vendor risk review experience is a must. Bonus qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, plus specialty certifications from GIAC, CompTIA, ISACA, or (ISC)². This role requires periodic alcohol/drug tests and background/fingerprint checks per government standards, ensuring the highest integrity in our mission-critical work.
