Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties as a Security Officer will keep the Radisson Blu Mall of America secure and welcoming:

• Patrol hotel premises, monitor video surveillance, and complete daily security logs to detect and address potential hazards.
• Respond immediately to emergencies such as fires, injuries, power failures, or bomb threats, following evacuation procedures.
• Investigate and report incidents including thefts, assaults, accidents, lost property, and guest complaints.
• Enforce safety rules, manage hotel keys, secure entrances/exits, and lock down outlets and meeting rooms per policy.
• Check in vendors, deliver packages, and communicate with department heads to enhance overall safety.
