Key Responsibilities at Datadog

Qualifications & Requirements

• Advanced Degree: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related scientific field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Backend Expertise: 4+ years professional experience as backend engineer using Go, Python, Java, or similar, with emphasis on clean, performant code.
• AI Production Experience: Demonstrated success shipping production software leveraging LLMs, large-scale systems, or machine learning.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communicator who drives complex technical discussions to pragmatic, actionable solutions.
