This full-time opportunity in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, focuses on managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery processes in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring operational effectiveness by resolving ServiceNow Data Incidents, Defects, and Tasks within established SLAs. Conduct daily health checks on CMDB and Discovery data, monitoring jobs, data loads, and mid-servers while implementing permanent corrective actions for errors.
• Leading integration and development efforts by building connections between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and web services to enrich CMDB data. Automate data imports, de-customizations, and synchronization for real-time accuracy.
• Driving continuous improvement through recommendations and implementations that enhance data quality and process efficiency. Provide support for build projects as needed.

• Understanding of service graph connectors, data sources (Network, Servers, Databases), and ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, and Problem.

• Experience with web technologies and APIs (REST, SOAP).
