Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst, Application Development and Maintenance specializing in ServiceNow Platform Administration, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing Cardinal Health's ServiceNow ecosystem. Based in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, this full-time position involves coordinating platform requests, resolving incidents, and ensuring seamless operations for our cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Coordinating and fulfilling detailed ServiceNow platform requests and advanced client problems in a timely manner.
• Managing Incidents, Defects, and Tasks to meet established SLAs.
• Conducting daily health checks on the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.
• Performing root cause analysis and recommending permanent corrective actions.
• Executing preventive maintenance, including platform upgrades, quarterly patching, and security updates.
• Supporting P1 and P2 service disruption events to drive rapid restoration.
• Recommending process improvements to foster a continuous improvement mindset.

Technical Execution Focus

Expect to handle integrations with SSO, LDAP, and web technologies like AJAX, XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST web services. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, or Python, along with experience in GCP or AWS cloud infrastructure, will be key to success.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• 3-5 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in developing enterprise software solutions.
• BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow instance upgrades, patches, strategy, and execution.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes: Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management.
• Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including client requirement analysis and system design.
• Knowledge of runbook automation, data integration, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.

ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a plus. This position applies working knowledge of concepts and principles to varied tasks on projects of moderate scope, identifying solutions within defined parameters.
