Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst, Application Development and Maintenance specializing in ServiceNow Platform Administration, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing Cardinal Health's ServiceNow ecosystem. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, and involves hands-on management of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless operations, rapid issue resolution, and proactive enhancements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and clients to deliver high-impact IT solutions that support our healthcare mission. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will focus on platform reliability and client satisfaction:

• Coordinate and fulfill detailed ServiceNow platform requests and advanced problems directly with clients in a timely manner.
• Responsible for completing ServiceNow Incidents, Defects, and Tasks according to established SLAs.
• Perform daily health checks of the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend permanent corrective actions based on findings.
• Execute preventive maintenance services, including platform upgrades, quarterly patching, and security updates.
• Support P1 and P2 Service Disruption Events, driving swift restoration.
• Recommend process improvements and foster a continuous improvement mindset across teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

• 3-5 years of IT experience, with 2+ years in developing enterprise software and solutions.
• BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow instance upgrades, patches, strategy, and execution.
• Proficiency in integration components such as SSO and LDAP.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including AJAX, XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including client requirement analysis, system design, and software engineering principles.
• Understanding of ITIL processes: Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management.
• Familiarity with runbook automation, data integration, scripting languages (PowerShell, Perl, or Python), and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS).
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a plus.
