• Work closely with IT on enhancement initiatives and participate or lead cross-departmental Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Perform risk and control assessments, monitor business role compliance, and create necessary management reporting.
• Maintain accurate and complete Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop hypotheses from data analysis to drive process improvements and increase accuracy.
• Demonstrate expertise in supported clients, collaborating to identify business success drivers.
