As a Senior Analyst - Identity & Access Management at PepsiCo in Hyderabad, Telangana, you will play a pivotal role in the Directory Services team. Key Responsibilities

Design and Support Directory Services

Analyze, design, and maintain a highly complex, enterprise-level Active Directory service spanning hybrid on-premises and cloud-hosted environments. Manage enterprise identity cloud directories, including Microsoft AD and Azure AD, to support PepsiCo's global workforce.

Automation and Innovation

Identify opportunities for task automation using scripts, pipelines, and cloud-based serverless platforms like PowerShell. Develop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation to standardize practices.

Incident Management and Optimization

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex, high-severity incidents. Analyze the current Directory Services environment to pinpoint technical and operational improvements, creating actionable continuous improvement plans.

Compliance and High Availability

Participate in disaster recovery, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and maintenance to guarantee high availability. Ensure adherence to governance standards, including SOX controls and advanced auditing techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

Minimum 7+ years in engineering and designing Active Directory environments, plus 7+ years in AD support. At least 3+ years supporting Azure Active Directory. Proven track record in large-scale enterprise LDAP/Active Directory deployments.

Technical Skills

Deep knowledge of core concepts like Principle of Least Privileged Access, Revocation of Rights, and Just In Time (JIT) access. Expertise in Domain Controller deployment, securing AD, advanced GPO settings, replication management, governance, compliance (SOX), and auditing. Proficiency in scripting with VBScript and PowerShell.

Soft Skills
