You will play a vital part in demand planning, supply optimization, and customer forecasting to minimize costs while meeting service requirements. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, your core duties include:

• Providing inventory for stock sites and collaborating with authorized government representatives to compose orders (never creating them independently).
• Obtaining government authorization for orders from an Authorized Government Representative (AGR) at each site.
• Notifying stock sites of unavailable materiel within two hours of order authorization.
• Delivering and restocking materiel within 24 hours of order receipt on business days.
• Providing priced packing lists to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or AGR prior to restocking.

Additionally, you'll apply working knowledge of inventory concepts to varied tasks, work on projects of moderate scope, identify solutions to technical problems, and exercise judgment within defined parameters. Expect general guidance with detailed instructions on new projects, and your work will be reviewed for accuracy and reasoning.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, project management, supply technician roles, or data/administration in healthcare settings (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
