Key Responsibilities

As Senior Architect, you will lead end-to-end technical architecture with a focus on scalability and governance:

• Architect and govern scalable, modular AI agent frameworks such as Agent Mesh, Orchestrator, Memory, and Canvas for enterprise-wide reuse.
• Define event-driven orchestration and agentic execution patterns, leveraging technologies like Temporal, LangGraph, AST-RAG, and reflection for context-aware workflows.
• Drive seamless platform integration across PepGenX, Agent Factory, and PepVigil, ensuring consistency in observability, security, and orchestration.
• Develop reusable agent templates, blueprints, and context frameworks including MCP and semantic caching to speed up use case onboarding.
• Establish architecture standards embedding Responsible AI (RAI), data privacy, and policy enforcement in GenAI agents.
• Lead technical planning for delivery sprints, vendor integrations, and GenAI product releases.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software or AI architecture, with recent focus on LLMs, Generative AI, or intelligent agents.

• Strong command of technologies like LangGraph, Temporal, vector databases, multimodal RAGs, event-driven systems, and memory management.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Azure AI/AKS, REST APIs, and observability stacks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise architecture and guide cross-functional teams.
