Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

As a key contributor in MongoDB's Order-to-Cash function, your impact will be immediate:

• Contact delinquent customers via telephone and email, maintaining consistent follow-up to secure payments.
• Meet cash targets assigned monthly and quarterly, driving financial performance for the MongoDB organization.
• Handle invoice disputes by reviewing legal agreements, order forms, and T&Cs with precision.
• Secure purchase orders and funding for expense invoices, working directly with corporate clients.
• Escalate problem accounts to Sales Management, AR Manager, and recommend bad debt provisions.
• Run AR Aging reports daily and document collections in YayPay, optimizing MongoDB's financial workflows.
• Maintain AP contacts in NetSuite and YayPay, ensuring seamless global operations.
• Respond to AR inquiries including invoice copies, W9 forms, and new vendor setups.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and policy documentation to support MongoDB's scaling data platform.

Success timeline: Fully onboarded in 1 month, owning your portfolio in 6 months, and building cross-team rapport in 12 months.
