The global team spans Dublin, Austin, and Gurugram, led by the Sr Global Billing Manager. As a customer-facing billing specialist, you'll handle high-volume order processing, Salesforce-NetSuite integrations, and procure-to-pay platforms like Ariba. Key Responsibilities at MongoDB
- Route and review orders: Direct incoming orders for MongoDB legal execution and verify details in sales/financial systems.

- Salesforce to NetSuite conversion: Edit/approve opportunities, converting them to sales orders in NetSuite ERP.
- Invoice generation and delivery: Create NetSuite invoices and distribute via email or platforms like Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa.
- Query resolution: Monitor and respond to billing inquiries from customers and internal teams via email, Slack, G-Chat.
- Accuracy assurance: Communicate order discrepancies to sales/finance and track queue times for efficiency.
