Job Description

Join our Group Risk team and help shape the strategic direction and governance of CF F. In this role, you’ll independently monitor key risks, advance our market and credit risk methodologies, and create clear, dashboard-driven reporting formats. You’ll support digitalization efforts, lead analyses and briefings, and contribute to projects ranging from new product introductions to cross-functional collaborations. If you enjoy combining risk expertise, data insight, and teamwork, this role is a strong match.

As part of our team, you will have:
  • An attractive renumeration package
  • Appealing Siemens pension benefits and access to employee share plans
  • 30 days of paid vacation and a variety of flexible work schedules that allow time off for you and your family
  • 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard and up to 30 days workation per year in certain countries

Since each of over 300,000 employees feels that other benefits are particularly important, and we cannot list our entire benefit portfolio here, you can find more information here. The individual benefits are subject to regulatory, contractual, or corporate conditions.

This will be your impact:
  • Advance CF F Development: Join the Group Risk team to drive CF F’s development and support decision-making through data-driven insights and high-quality reporting. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into the entire CF F organization and beyond.
  • Global Treasury Risk Management: Enhance CF F risk management approaches, methods, and monitoring; focusing on market and credit risk.
    • Design and further development of dashboard-based reporting formats (e.g., the Country Dashboard).
    • Digitize and automate processes and document processes and methods independently.
    • Review the quality of data and models used for market and credit risk limit monitoring.
  • Public Disclosure: Contribute to Siemens' annual public disclosure by providing high-quality risk information on market risk.
  • Analytics, Automation and Dashboard Development:
    • Digitization and automation of processes as well as independent documentation of processes and methods (especially the Finance Partner Cockpit).
    • Maintain and improve existing dashboards to support transparency and decision-making using transaction and exposure/risk/wallet information.
    • Carrying out analyses and briefings, e.g. in preparation for bank or management meetings.
  • Projects, Innovation and Collaboration: Generate and implement ideas to further develop CF F and the Group Risk team. Collaborate with CF F product lines, functions, and other group units, in joint projects.

This is how you'll win us over:
  • Education: Successfully completed master's degree with a focus on business, economics or mathematics

  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products and markets
  • Skills:
    • Experience in risk management processes and methods, and project implementation
    • Proficiency in data analysis and management techniques (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI)
    • High initiative, team spirit, curiosity, and motivation to tackle new tasks and develop ideas
    • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with a focus on results, assertiveness, and high social and methodological skills
    • Familiarity with Siemens' treasury activities, data, system landscape, and processes is advantageous
  • Ways of working: You are characterized by your planning and organizational skills, your focus on results, your assertiveness and your high level of social and methodological skills
