  • Gather requirements across GTM teams for dashboarding and tooling needs, partnering with Enablement Operations for quality deliverables and user testing.
  • Support training, adoption, scaling, and operationalization of new tools and initiatives to drive efficiency in sales and customer success teams.
  • Own Datadog’s Knowledge Management System (KMS), defining success criteria aligned with business needs and field requirements.
  • Conduct discovery interviews with cross-functional sales stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, pain points, and translate insights into actionable KMS requirements.
  • Assist in reporting enablement program metrics using Tableau and Google Sheets, presenting insights to leadership for strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI and advanced tooling to automate and scale operations processes efficiently.
  • Leverage strategic thinking to continuously uplevel systems, processes, and content for enablement programs based on data and feedback.
  • Ensure scalability through repeatable, measurable processes and support special projects to refine our GTM operating model.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in learning & enablement, business operations, or equivalent roles focused on scaling programs.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail with a drive for process efficiency and optimization.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Knowledge Management Systems and Learning Management Systems like Docebo.
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills using Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar tools for metrics and dashboards.
