Role Overview

As a Senior Assortment Planner, Global within Nike’s Global Running planning organization, you will play a pivotal role in crafting assortments that fuel profitable growth and enhance marketplace responsiveness. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will center on strategic planning and execution to optimize Nike's Running portfolio:

• Develop seasonal plans and monthly forecasts inclusive of sales, margin, and inventory using advanced analytical tools and consumer-driven insights.
• Partner across Geography, Global teams, Merchandising, and Marketplace Financial Planning (MFP) to drive end-to-end business alignment and optimization.
• Lead product forecasting efforts, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and responsive actions to elevate in-season performance.
• Deliver monthly business performance recaps with clear, actionable analysis against forecasts, informing strategic shifts.
• Support monthly and seasonal inventory and supply planning activities in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
