  • Manage the technical service team, ensuring high-quality maintenance of auxiliary equipment including boilers, steam pipelines, high/low-pressure air compressors, freon refrigeration systems, gas pipelines, nitrogen/CO2 storage, water treatment, plant electrics, ventilation, and infrastructure like buildings, roofing, and utilities.
  • Organize staff admissions to independent work, conduct emergency drills, and interact with state regulatory bodies such as ROSTEKHNADZOR (RTN).
  • Develop and maintain operational instructions, repair schedules, and technical documentation for all equipment under your purview.
  • Ensure workplace safety for subordinates and contractors, rational use of energy resources, and achievement of energy-saving targets.
  • Control procurements via SAP and Ariba, monitor expenditures, and deliver comprehensive reporting to support plant efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Higher professional technical education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering-technical and leadership positions, plus 3 years in production technical roles.
  • Deep knowledge of auxiliary equipment operations, electrosafety rules, repair planning, technical specs, troubleshooting, and industrial safety norms.
  • Proficiency in English (Intermediate or higher), PC skills (MS Office, SAP, Ariba, DiaDoc), and negotiation abilities.
  • Mandatory certifications: 5th qualification group in electrosafety; RTN attestations A.1, B.8.1, B.8.2, B.8.3, B.7.1, B.9.4.
  • Fluent Russian communication skills, both oral and written.
