Role Overview

The Senior Business Development Lead BCCA (Bottler Commercial Capabilities Acceleration) role in Almaty, Kazakhstan, is a pivotal leadership position within PepsiCo's Central Asia operations.   • Conduct biennial Perfect Store, GTM, and DX capabilities assessments, ensuring Annual Operating Plan (AOP) roadmaps and governance forums for implementation.
  • Invent and maintain methodologies for Perfect Store and DX calculations across long-term, AOP, and fact-vs-plan horizons, while building in-store execution processes for all categories and sub-channels.
  • Own wargaming for competitor capabilities tracking and roadmap adjustments to maintain competitive edge.
  • Equip bottlers for sustainable market share growth via Perfect Store execution, digitization, optimized GTM, and frontline sales force development, including segmentation, KPIs, outlet prioritization, and digital tools like SFA/IR and B2B platforms.

You will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for Global Perfect Store initiatives, drive training programs across sales, marketing, and revenue teams, and foster new processes for team efficiency.
