The Senior Business Development Lead BCCA (Bottler Commercial Capabilities Acceleration) role in Almaty, Kazakhstan, is a pivotal leadership position within PepsiCo's Central Asia operations. This role focuses on transforming the commercial model to accelerate growth for top-tier bottlers. You will build multi-year capabilities plans, own Perfect Store, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Digital Transformation (DX) assessments, and drive sustainable market share gains through elevated execution and frontline sales capabilities.
