Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to identify growth opportunities using MongoDB's unified platform insights.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to develop cohesive business plans for MongoDB Atlas expansions.
• Evaluate and propose pricing and packaging strategies for new NoSQL product launches and optimizations.
• Build advanced financial and operational models supporting key decisions on AI workloads and legacy modernizations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis with SQL and Python for executives across functions.
• Present findings impactfully to technical teams and leadership using Google Slides/PowerPoint.
• Drive process improvements to scale MongoDB's operations serving 60,000+ customers.
• Analyze competitors in the cloud database market to maintain MongoDB's edge.
• Iterate rapidly on analyses in ambiguous scenarios, leveraging MongoDB's data platform.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BA/BS in quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Stats, CS).
