As a Senior Buyer at PepsiCo in São Paulo, Brazil, you will spearhead procurement for rigid and other packaging categories. This full-time role drives operational excellence through KPIs, process enhancements, and project management. Interface with external suppliers and internal teams to align strategies, innovate, and ensure competitive supply chains. Strategic Impact in Packaging Procurement

This position is central to innovation, as packaging influences every development stage. You'll identify optimal sourcing options balancing competitiveness, service levels, technology, and agility, adding substantial value to PepsiCo's operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the packaging procurement strategy in collaboration with Category Leads for the Brazil market. Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to track project statuses and launch new initiatives. Monitor political and economic movements affecting supply and pricing. Scout innovations and technologies to enhance all categories. Establish supplier performance KPIs and action plans to optimize service levels. Analyze and redesign processes for efficiency, freeing time for high-value activities. Champion productivity by exploring cost-saving alternatives and sustainable solutions aligned with Pep Positive goals. Manage transformation projects interfacing with Procurement, Operations, Marketing, and R&D teams, from pricing new inputs to P&L analysis and financial viability assessments.
