Role Overview

As a Senior Change & AI Transformation Consultant at Cardinal Health, you'll lead high-impact change initiatives within our Sonexus business transformation portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation and Change Management, this nationwide field role focuses on driving adoption of AI and digital technologies across patient services, centers of excellence (COEs), commercial technology, and pharmacy operations.

Develop targeted communication plans, training programs, and reinforcement activities to drive user adoption. Monitor progress, measure change effectiveness, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

AI Transformation Leadership
