Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and goals. Build trusted relationships with executives and product owners, translating strategies into actionable KPIs and success metrics. Facilitate alignment across diverse groups through decision-making and conflict resolution.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

Craft comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps like SIPOC and swimlane diagrams. Perform As-Is and To-Be analyses, gap assessments, and impact studies. Define MVP scopes, non-functional requirements, and collaborate with architects to evaluate solution trade-offs.

Delivery & Governance

Act as Product Owner or BA Lead, managing backlogs, prioritizing features, and driving Agile ceremonies or stage-gate processes. Ensure traceability from objectives to metrics, support UAT, and enable smooth handoffs to operations.

Data & Process Excellence

Establish KPIs/OKRs, conduct root cause analysis, and lead Lean/Six Sigma re-engineering to cut costs and errors. Define reporting requirements and partner with data teams on quality controls.

Risk, Compliance & Change

Maintain RAID logs, ensure adherence to SOX, HIPAA, GxP, DSCSA, PCI, and GDPR. Develop change management plans to drive adoption.

Practice & People Leadership
