Role Overview

The Senior Coordinator, Inbound Warehouse Supplies plays a pivotal role in Cardinal Health's Inventory Management team. Operating from our state-of-the-art facility in La Vergne, TN (TN-LaVergne-3PL LV1/LV2), this position focuses on analyzing inventory, resolving inbound discrepancies, and enhancing pharmacy warehouse efficiency. With a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm (overtime as needed), you'll validate shipments, forecast demand, place orders, and lead cycle counts to minimize costs while maximizing service levels. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Coordinator, you'll drive operational efficiency through hands-on inventory tasks:

• Receive inbound supplies from manufacturers, meticulously checking packing slips to confirm quantities match orders.
• Store products efficiently using material handling equipment (MHE) and optimized warehouse layouts.
• Develop accurate inventory forecasts using customer demand data, order history, and shipment speeds.
• Place electronic orders based on reports and forecasts, communicating proactively with manufacturers.
• Continuously monitor inventory levels, generating reports on slow-moving items, fast-movers, and expiration dates.
• Evaluate discrepancies and quality issues like damaged goods, logging them in databases and resolving with manufacturers or leadership.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, creating lists and maintaining organized shared folders for accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements
