  • Receive inbound products, verify packing slips against orders, enter data into databases, and release products for facility use.
  • Develop accurate forecasts using customer demand, order history, and shipment data from manufacturers.
  • Place electronic orders based on reports and forecasts, communicating directly with suppliers for order details.
  • Continuously monitor inventory via database reports, analyzing slow/fast-moving items and expiration dates.
  • Evaluate discrepancies and quality issues like damaged goods, log them, contact manufacturers, and escalate to management as needed.
  • Lead cycle counts by creating lists, training staff, collecting data, and validating results.
  • Manage returns to manufacturers and quarantined products, updating records by National Drug Codes in the Pharmacy Management System (PMS).
