Role Overview

The Senior Coordinator, Transportation (2nd Shift) is a critical position in our outbound warehouse operations at the Groveport, OH facility. This on-site role operates Sunday through Thursday, 6:00pm to 2:30am, managing high-stakes order fulfillment via warehouse management systems, email, and phone. You'll prioritize customer orders, collaborate with dispatch for optimal transport (private fleet, courier), and cluster shipments to maximize warehouse capacity. • Working independently outdoors, managing trailer movements in varying weather conditions.
• Tracking data and communicating via Microsoft Office suite with internal stakeholders.
• Making high-impact decisions on transporting multimillion-dollar pharmaceutical inventory.
• Identifying, documenting, and resolving issues through cross-team partnerships.
• Maintaining all trailer-related paperwork and systems, including Manhattan, Excel, Outlook, and vendor websites.

Qualifications & Requirements
