Role Overview

The Senior Coordinator, Transportation (3rd Shift) plays a pivotal role in our outbound warehouse operations at the Groveport, OH facility. This full-time, on-site position operates Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm to 7:00am, ensuring seamless transportation of pharmaceutical products. You'll manage orders through warehouse management systems, email, and phone, prioritizing based on customer demands and collaborating with dispatch teams to select optimal transport methods like private fleet or couriers. By clustering orders strategically, you'll optimize warehouse picking and packing to manage capacity effectively. • Working outdoors in all weather conditions in a secure, CCTV-monitored yard to manage trailer movements independently.
• Leveraging Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Manhattan systems to track data, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain accurate records for every arriving/departing trailer.
• Identifying issues, documenting occurrences, recommending resolutions, and partnering with teams to address them promptly.
• Coordinating across departments to execute transportation functions, resolve problems, and implement efficiency improvements.

Expect to apply judgment within defined parameters, receive general guidance on new projects, and provide technical assistance to team members.

Qualifications & Requirements
