Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, delivering guidance on MongoDB best practices, database optimization, and overall technology strategy to accelerate time to value.
  • Run enablement sessions solo or with internal teams, positioning product features and recommending optimizations for technical environments and spend efficiency.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback and roadblocks to Product, Professional Services, and Leadership to strengthen MongoDB's go-to-market and product offerings.
  • Serve as the critical link between customers and product engineering, shaping innovative solutions and contributing directly to the MongoDB roadmap as the team's eyes and ears.
  • De-escalate and resolve critical issues, from business-impacting outages to custom MongoDB implementations for mission-critical applications.
  • Develop and execute account plans to mitigate risks and drive growth 3+ quarters ahead across your portfolio of high-value customers.
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite executives and technical leaders, aligning on business objectives and mutual success plans.
  • Drive strategic internal projects to build the Customer Success program, creating best practices, processes, and enablement for the broader organization.
  • Document interactions in Gainsight and Salesforce.com, analyze MongoDB Atlas signals for account health, and forecast churn/growth to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives, providing training, performance reporting, and program updates.
