  • De-escalate critical issues like outages with financial impact or custom MongoDB implementations.
  • Develop and execute account plans mitigating risk and driving 3+ quarter growth across portfolio.
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews interfacing with C-suite to align on success plans.
  • Build Customer Success program through internal projects, best practices, and enablement.
  • Document interactions in Gainsight and Salesforce.com while monitoring Atlas signals for account health.
