Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years Customer Success/Account Management experience with technical infrastructure/cloud/data customers
  • Demonstrated technical foundation (Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent) enabling engineer-level discussions
  • Proven autonomy driving customer portfolio success through strategic escalation decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset creating customer segment-specific processes and best practices
