Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Support the Growth team’s Expansion Squad by implementing cutting-edge growth tactics, experimentation methods, and identifying revenue inflection drivers in MongoDB’s PLG customer base.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue analysis and reporting spanning multiple metrics to explain PLG business performance over time.
  • Automate analytical pipelines, build scalable tools, and maintain certified data codebases for efficient, reproducible insights.
  • Drive Lead Flow initiatives to optimize MongoDB’s MQL pipeline and ensure seamless handoffs to sales teams.
  • Serve as an analytical thought leader across Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams, explaining complex trends to diverse stakeholders.
  • Champion best practices in data analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to fuel MongoDB's expansion.
  • Analyze customer conversion, expansion, and contraction drivers using MongoDB and NoSQL data platforms.
  • Continuously innovate by learning MongoDB products, user ecosystems, and industry standards for high-impact analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical quantitative roles, with deep experience in revenue analysis and recurring revenue metrics.
  • Advanced degree (Master's/Ph.D.) in Statistics, Data Science, or quantitative field preferred.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for workflow automation and scalable data solutions.
  • Proven skills in A/B testing, experiment analysis, and data-driven strategy recommendations.
