Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years on data products/platforms in high-growth companies.

• Strong technical skills in data engineering, analytics, lakehouses, and medallion architectures.
• Experience defining roadmaps, KPIs, and driving agile delivery.
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and evangelize data solutions.
